White-label software for pet hotels
The front desk for pet hotels.
Boardinn runs the whole stay — booking, arrivals, services, invoices — on a site that carries your hotel's name instead of ours.

Boardinn in under a minute: from the first booking to the invoice.
Most hotels run on a wall calendar and a phone.
A booking arrives by WhatsApp. Someone writes it on the calendar. The vaccination card is a photo somewhere in a chat thread. At check-out, the price gets worked out from memory.
It holds until two people are on shift at once, or a kennel gets promised twice, or an owner asks for an invoice from March.
The stay, end to end.
- Booking
- Pet owners book online in four steps: their pet, the services, the dates. Several services can share one booking — a grooming session inside a boarding stay. Boardinn counts every kennel against real capacity, so the same spot can't be promised twice.
- The catalog
- Boarding, grooming, training, vet visits, pet taxi, relocation, sitting — each with its own price, unit and capacity. You switch on the ones you offer and set the price, hours and capacity yourself. Price a service on request and quote it per case, run a discount, or offer rental extras — a bed, a bowl — ticked on at booking.
- The day at the desk
- The board opens on today: who is arriving, who is on the floor, what care still needs recording, what still needs a slot, which bookings await confirmation. Check-in notes the belongings that came with the pet, so nothing goes home in the wrong bag.
- When plans change
- Add or remove a service, move the dates, price a quoted service or change the rentals on a booking that already exists — capacity is re-checked and the invoice follows, keeping any lines you added by hand. Pet owners can ask to cancel, with a reason, or take the request back. If you choose, they can also edit their own booking, and the change waits for your confirmation.
- The paperwork
- Delivered services and rentals roll up into an invoice you can still edit before it's issued. It renders as a PDF under your brand, goes out by email at check-out, and stays downloadable from the customer's account. If a booking changes after it was paid, the invoice shows what's been paid and what's still due.
- Between stays
- Vaccination and deworming dates live on the pet's profile; when one comes due, the owner gets an email reminder — with their consent, under your name. Your Google reviews appear on your homepage. Only real ones: if there are none, the section simply isn't there.
- Your language, your money
- The customer side ships in English, Georgian and Russian. Currency, timezone and date formats are per-hotel settings, not code.
One system, three jobs.
- Owners
- Your own booking site on your own domain, in one of five designs with your colours on top. Name, brand, currency, timezone, services and prices, notifications, staff access — one settings hub you change yourself, not support tickets, with a setup checklist that shows what's still left. A new hire signs up on your site and you give them the front desk from the same hub — as many as you need.
- Front desk
- A board that opens on today: who is arriving, who is on the floor, what care still needs recording, who is leaving. Check a pet in with its belongings, record each service as it's delivered, and the invoice builds itself from what actually happened.
- Pet owners
- They book online in four steps, keep the pet's profile — feeding, meds, vaccination dates — in one place, get reminded before a shot is due, and can see the stay, its status and the bill without calling you.
Five designs. None of them ours.
Choose one when you set up. Your site takes its colours, its type and its shape, and Boardinn's name stays off it. Every screen below is the same software.

Every hotel runs on its own.
- Yours alone
- Every hotel is its own isolated installation: its own database, its own containers, its own files, its own domain with HTTPS issued and renewed automatically. A custom domain is a setting, not a project.
- Live in minutes
- Setting up a new hotel takes minutes, not weeks — which is also why we can afford to do it with you, service catalog and all, instead of handing you a manual.
- Careful updates
- Updates reach a canary hotel first, then the rest one hotel at a time. Every update snapshots that hotel's database before touching anything and rolls itself back if the health checks fail. One hotel's update never touches its neighbours.
- Backed up every night
- Every hotel's database and files are snapshotted every night, encrypted, and stored with a different provider in another country, kept for 30 days. Restoring a hotel is one command, and we rehearse it on a timer.
- Your data stays yours
- Your services and prices belong to you — a release that could overwrite what you've edited is refused before it runs. Pet passports and photos are private files that only their owner and your staff can open. Per-customer data export and the right to erasure are built in, the way GDPR expects — erasure deletes those files too.
Asked, answered.
What is Boardinn?
Boardinn is white-label pet boarding software for pet hotels, catteries and boarding kennels. It runs the whole stay — online booking, arrivals, services, invoices — on a booking site that carries your hotel's name and domain instead of ours, with a live front-desk board for the staff running the day.
Is Boardinn pet hotel software?
Yes. Boardinn is pet hotel software, and pet boarding software for kennels and catteries too: one system for the online booking, the front-desk day and the invoice. A pet hotel that offers grooming, training, vet visits or a pet taxi alongside boarding books and prices them all in the same place.
Is Boardinn a booking system or kennel management software?
Both. Pet owners book online in four steps on your own site, with every kennel counted against real capacity so a spot cannot be promised twice. Staff run the day from a front-desk board — arrivals, pets on the floor, departures — and the services they record roll into an invoice on their own.
Does the booking site run on my own domain?
Yes. Each hotel gets its own booking site on its own domain, with HTTPS issued and renewed automatically, in one of five designs carrying your colours and name. Boardinn's name stays off it — a custom domain is a setting, not a project.
Does Boardinn work for dog boarding and catteries?
Yes. Boardinn is built for pet hotels, dog boarding businesses and catteries alike. The service catalog covers boarding, grooming, training, vet visits, pet taxi, relocation and sitting, each with its own price, unit and capacity — you switch on the ones you offer and set the price, hours and capacity yourself.
How does Boardinn handle vaccination records?
Vaccination and deworming dates live on each pet's profile instead of in a chat thread. Consent-based email reminders go out under your hotel's name before a date is due, so owners arrive with their paperwork in order.
How does Boardinn handle GDPR?
Each hotel runs as an isolated installation with its own database, and per-customer data export and right-to-erasure are built-in features, the way GDPR expects. Your services, prices and customer data stay yours — reminder emails to pet owners are consent-based.
How much does Boardinn cost?
$99 a month, or $85 a month billed annually, per hotel — one plan with everything included and a 21-day free trial with no card. There are no per-pet, per-booking or per-staff fees. The first 5 hotels pay a founding rate of $79 a month, locked for 24 months.
