Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Boardinn is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Evgenii Iakovenko, registration number 316373508, of m/d VIII, N5a, basement, Rustavi, Georgia(“we”, “us”). You can reach us athello@boardinn.pet. These terms are a contract between us and the business that subscribes to Boardinn (the “hotel”, “you”).

2. The service

Boardinn is a hosted software service for pet boarding businesses. We run and maintain, for each hotel, its own installation: an owner-facing booking site that can run on the hotel's own domain, and a staff-facing system for managing bookings, stays, services and invoices. We host it, keep it updated, back it up and support it; you use it through a web browser. Nothing in these terms transfers the software to you or grants you rights in it beyond using the hosted service while you subscribe.

3. Trial

Every hotel starts with a free trial of 21 days from the day its installation is handed over. No payment details are taken for the trial and nothing is charged during it. At the end of the trial you may subscribe; if you do not, we pause the installation. A paused installation keeps its data for 14days, during which subscribing restores it as it was; after that the installation and its data are deleted.

4. Subscription and payment

The subscription is a recurring fee for the hosted service, billed monthly or annually at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe: $99 per month, or $1,020 per year. It covers one facility. It renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Payments are collected by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, or its affiliate Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States), our merchant of record. When you pay, you buy the subscription from Paddle, which resells it to you: Paddle's checkout shows the price, billing period and any applicable tax before you confirm, Paddle issues the receipt, andPaddle's buyer terms govern the payment itself. Refunds follow ourRefund Policy.

We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then.

5. Founding rate

The first 5 hotels to subscribe pay the founding rate of $79 per month on monthly billing, fixed for 24 months from the date of the first subscription payment, after which the then-current list price applies. The founding rate is a price, not a different service: it is attached to the hotel that subscribed and is not transferable.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by writing tohello@boardinn.pet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; the service stays available until then, and no further payment is taken. After the paid period ends, the installation is paused and then deleted on the same 14-day schedule as an unconverted trial. You can request an export of your data at any point before deletion.

We may suspend or end the service if a payment fails and is not resolved within the retry period Paddle applies, if you breach these terms, or if the installation is used in a way that threatens the security or integrity of the service. Where we can, we will tell you first.

7. Your domain

Your booking site can run on a domain you own. You keep the domain with your registrar and point the DNS record we specify at our servers; we issue and renew the HTTPS certificate for it. Until the record is in place, and if you prefer, the site runs on aboardinn.pet address. The domain and its registration remain yours throughout and after the subscription.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping staff account credentials confidential, and for using the service only for lawful operation of your business. Staff accounts are unlimited; each person should use their own.

9. Your data and content

The data a hotel enters — its services, prices, customers, pets and bookings — belongs to the hotel. We process it only to provide the service, as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Each hotel can request an export of its data, and deletion of it, at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The software, its designs and this site remain our property or that of our suppliers. Your brand — your name, logo, colours and content — remains yours. Neither of us gains rights in the other's property beyond what is needed to provide and use the service.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to roll out updates carefully, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change the service over time; changes that materially reduce what a subscribed hotel receives will be announced by email before they take effect, and you may cancel in response.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Georgia, unless mandatory law where you are based provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and notify subscribed hotels of material changes by email before they take effect.
